a story idea

story follows a young man trying to make it as a musician and find his way. he attempts to decipher love from lust and needs from wants but at the core of it all, he craves to belong and even adored.
so he explores with drugs and quickly find himself addicted when he trys a new substance. He finds himself hallucinating about the same nonexistent girl over and over again. He eventually falls in love and chases the girl into a drug crazed existence in which he creates music that the imaginary girl inspires.
he is eventually put into rehab but past his journey into sobriety, he still sees her. he speaks to her in embarrassment and shame, ignoring her most of the time. but he still considers her his muse...
